The blueprints contain information about individual tests, including the number of test items, the number of points on the test, and show how the learning standards are grouped in order to report the test results.

Check out resources for the Ohio English Language Proficiency Assessment (OELPA) which is based on the Ohio English Language Proficiency Standards. Test measures the performance of English language learners as they progress through their K-12 education. OELPA is administered to kindergarten, grade 1, grades 2-3, grades 4-5, grades 6-8 and grades 9-12.

Each OELPA grade band test includes four tests: listening, reading, writing and speaking.
