This collection features notes issued and circulated in the South during the Antebellum, Civil War, and Reconstruction Eras. Notes were issued by various entities, including the Confederate government, state governments, merchants, and railroad companies. |

Make Beliefs Comix is a simple, online comic strip maker. Select from two to four panels and five background colors. Choose from 15 characters, each which can display four emotions and can be scaled to size, and narrate thought or talk balloons. While completed panels can not be downloaded, you may either print the strip or email anyone a link to the online comic. Screen capture programs may be used to create JPGs of the strip. |
